When a posse of armed burglars dressed as cowboys kidnap Teresa, demanding that she save the life of one of their fallen comrades, Detectives Stevens and Smith track the robbery suspects' movements in the hopes of saving the young para-
medic's life. Meanwhile, officers Turcotte and Hechler keep the streets safe for pumpkin owners as they scour the city for
a gang of jack-o-lantern thieves, and DDA McNorris and his
wife enjoy the hospitality of a Hollywood producer at a local Halloween bash.
