15 - Storm Watch 3/16/03 Teleplay by: Chris Brancato Story by: Chris Brancato and Kevin Dunigan Directed by: Jon Avnet Responding to a burglary call, officer Ray Hechler discovers two of his "blue brothers" murdered in an apparent ambush, with the shooters being tipped off by a member of his own precinct. Responding to the possible police scandal, the FBI locks the station down, leaving detectives Stevens and Ramos to weed out the alleged mole, with one of their potential suspects being officer Tom Turcotte. In the hopes of finding the traitor, Hechler turns to an unusual ally -- Andrea -- the reporter who nearly cost him his badge less then a year ago.
